Danielle Peazer Inspired Makeup Tutorial

Hey guys!

I hope you're all well. So I filmed a makeup tutorial yesterday and it's inspired by the lovely Danielle Peazer. For those of you who have no idea who Danielle is, she used to go out with worldwide pop star, Liam Payne from One Direction.

As you would have noticed before, I've also done an Eleanor Calder inspired makeup tutorial. Eleanor is going out with fellow band member, Louis Tomlinson.

Therefore, this is going to be a series of makeup tutorials based on One Direction girls, as we would call them. I am fully aware that Danielle is no longer dating Liam but I still consider her a part of the One Direction girls, as well as the One Direction family.

Anyway, the makeup in the picture that I used of Danielle is kind of a sultry neutral smokey eye accompanied by a bold red lip. So I recreated the look to suit my skin tone, as I am several shade darker than her.

If you want to see how you could get this look yourself then feel free to visit my youtube page (www.youtube.com/imperfectbeauty29).

If you have any comments or constructive criticism then please don't hesitate to comment on this blog post or on my video.

Thanks so much for your time and until next time :)

Accepting Your Physical Appearance

Today's post is about how to accept your body image :)

When I was little and in primary school, I never really struggled with my weight or anything of that sort. However, when I moved from South Africa to Oman, I started gaining loads of weight. I never really tried to stop myself from gaining weight, but then again I went to the gym regularly. This helped maintain my weight. I thought I was really fat, until I came to Qatar. Now that I'm here I've been gaining way more weight. There is nothing really to do here, except eat and shop. Most people, including me, don't really participate in outdoor activities because it's way too hot outside (seeing as we're in the Middle East).

I've tried dieting, but it didn't work because there's food everywhere you look. I've come to the conclusion that I should stop trying to diet and think of it as a healthy way of living, even if I don't loose any weight.

I used to hate my body until recently. I've learnt to accept myself for who I am and what I look like because your appearance doesn't affect your personality. Most people are judgmental and that is why we all are insecure about our bodies. No one can take away your amazing personality. I mean, they can call you fat or ugly, but you are still who you are and having a good personality is way better than having a perfect body.

I'm not saying eat junk food everyday cause that won't do you any good. Just take a healthy approach your lifestyle and accept your body for what it is because people will started loving you if you start loving yourself first. It sounds cliche, I know ;)

Lots of love
